Shipping Policy

1. Production Time

All our products are custom-made to order. Since we create unique artwork for every single pet, our process involves two stages:

• Art Creation: 1-2 business days to generate and finalize your pet's portrait.
• Manufacturing: 2-5 business days to print and assemble your product (e.g., canvas, mug, or blanket).

Total Turnaround: Most orders ship within 3-7 business days from the date of purchase.

2. Shipping Estimates

Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• USA: 2-5 business days via USPS or UPS.
• Canada: 10-15 business days.
• International: 10-30 business days, depending on customs processing.

*Note: Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Holiday volumes may cause slight delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly indicated on the site bar.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@myfureverloveart.com. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
