1. Custom Products
Because every product we sell is custom-made specifically for your pet, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or customer errors.
Once an order has been sent to production (usually within 24 hours of purchase), it cannot be canceled or modified.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will happily send a free replacement.
How to report an issue:
- Contact us at support@myfureverloveart.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your Order Number in the subject line.
- Attach clear photos of the issue (and the packaging if damaged).
We will review your claim and process a replacement immediately if the error is ours. You generally do not need to return the damaged item.
3. Lost Packages
If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it is still missing, contact us, and we will do our best to assist you. Packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier will be replaced free of charge.
